✿ Are these products safe to use? Where are they made?

All products are made in Australia. They are food-safe according to the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) and made with PLA, a biodegradable plastic from organic sources using a 3D Printer.

 

✿ How is the width and the height of a cookie cutter measured?

When the width and the height of a Cookie Cutter are specificied in their descriptions, these measurements refer to the widest and longest part of the cutter's shape. For example, if one of our cutters is in the shape of a person, and it has a wide head but slim body, the width listed is the width of the head, since it is the widest part of the cutter, and vice versa for its length.

 

✿ How much are the postage and handling costs?

Postage and handling fees for regular post is from $15.95 and takes 3 – 5 business days.

Express post is available from $20.95 depending on your location.

Customers within Australia whose orders exceed $100 will receive free shipping.

 

✿ How long does it take to receive my purchase? Do you ship worldwide?

All cookie cutter orders have a regular processing time of 1-2 business days.

The cookie cutters will be dispatched within 4-5 business days of placing your order.

For regular post, it will take 1-5 business days to reach you depending on your location. For regional areas, shipping may take up to 5 business days.

For express post, the parcel will arrive within 1-2 business day, post-dispatched.

We also ship worldwide! Shipping time may very depending on your country. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks postage for international shipping.

Please kindly note we are not responsible for any freight delays.

 

✿ I accidentally typed in the wrong address. Can I change it? Can you ship to a PO Box?

Please kindly ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the cookie cutters are sent to a business address, please ensure you include the business name on the shipping address. Please note that we do not ship to PO box address.

 

✿ How will I receive my tracking info?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will received a notification via email from our courier company.

 

✿ How do I look store and clean my products?

For product care, all products from Sugar Sweet Stamps to be hand washed in warm soapy water. To clean thoroughly, use a soft brush. Do not place in dishwasher, or in any area above 50°C. Please store in a cool, dry location.

 

✿ I'm not satisfied with my purchase. How do I get a refund/return?

We know you’ll love our products, however, if you are not satisfied with our them, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your issue. To reach us, email hello@sugarsweetstamps.com.au .

However, if you wish to return your products, please kindly read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible for return:

✿ Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in an unopened condition with all cutters still wrapped in the cellophane bags.
✿ Items must be undamaged while in the customer's possession.
✿ Refunds cannot be processed for shipping delays.
✿ Returns are only applicable to our pre-designed cookie cutters available on our website. Returns are not applicable to custom orders.
✿ All refunds will only be processed once the order has been returned.
✿ All returns are at the senders expense.
